We detect the source ourselves (Timma, WooCommerce, or a regular website) and give the catalog a readiness score with improvement suggestions. You only publish after reviewing it. Existing upcoming bookings from a Timma Pro account are also included.

Confirmation, calendar invite, and self-service

Every booking sends the client a confirmation email with an .ics calendar event and a secure link where they can view their appointment and cancel or change it with one click — no account needed. You are notified immediately of any cancellation. The client can also reschedule on their own. At the last minute (24 h before by default, but you set the time), self-cancellation is no longer possible — the page asks the client to call the salon. All messages are sent in the client’s own language.

Free live chat with real-time translation

Built-in customer support directly on your site — completely free and fully featured. AI replies to clients instantly based on your services, and you can take over the conversation whenever you want. Visitors write in their own language, you reply in yours: real-time translation works both ways.

Checkout & real invoices

Turn a booking into an invoice with one click: price, payment method (card, cash, bank transfer, or invoice with due date) and done. The invoice is legally compliant — your business name, registration code, VAT number and IBAN, VAT according to the country's rate, and gapless numbering with annual reset. Print it on A4, send it to the client by email in their own language, or copy a public link. Every invoice is a frozen copy: a later price change will not rewrite an already issued invoice.

Session packages: how many used, how many left — and a NOTE when the package runs out

Sell “5x massage” or “10 × laser + 10 × strength training” and the system counts the sessions automatically — per service, not as one shared number. On the client card, you can see how many sessions have been used, how many are already booked, and how many are still available. And most importantly: the visit where the package runs out is marked bright red with a NOTE in the schedule — so the staff member knows to offer a new package while the client is still in the chair. There are no boxes to tick: sessions are counted from bookings.

Client card: full history on one page

Click the client's name in the portal and you see everything: how many times they have visited, what that has added up to, when they last came, and how often they visit. In the history, every visit includes the service, staff member, and price — a package opens into its individual stages. Their purchases and invoices are there too, along with notes visible to the whole salon, but not to the client. No duplicate accounts are created: the same person is recognized by email, phone, or client card, and exactly the same rule also applies to marketing target groups.

Each staff member has their own account: they can see their own and the salon’s schedule, completed working hours, and pay. Booking directly from the service page

Under each service, the date and available times are shown immediately — the client does not need to search the catalog again. The monthly calendar shows which days have availability, and time selection happens on the same page. The same view works on your own website: paste a single-service booking widget below an article or a price list line.

Packages & combo treatments — times found automatically

Set up a package as multiple procedures in the correct order. The system automatically calculates times when all stages fit in sequence in the right rooms and with the right staff, and offers the client only those start times that truly work. A buffer is left between stages, each stage time is listed in the confirmation, and the package is reserved from the moment of booking so no one else can take the slot. We configure the package contents together with you based on your price list.

Fully automated SEO blog about your services

Articles appear regularly on your website, written specifically around your salon’s services, equipment, and local search keywords — with real photos and links directly to booking. You don’t write a single line: topics, text, images, and publishing all happen automatically.

Daily summary to your email

Every morning, your inbox contains a snapshot of the previous day: bookings made (by the client or at the front desk), completed treatments and served clients, cancellations, and booked value — broken down by service and staff member. The same information is available in real time in the portal reports.

WhatsApp Business: notifications and chat

Confirmations, reminders, review requests, and time-critical notifications (change, cancellation, newly available slot) reach the client on WhatsApp, the client replies in the same chat, and you see everything in the portal inbox. Next: booking a new appointment directly from the chat.
