Response time

We answer e-mail within two business days (Monday to Friday, Estonian time). Please include your salon’s name, the e-mail address you sign in with and, if something went wrong, a screenshot — that usually lets us fix the problem in one round.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app or the back-office:

1. Sign in to the app or the back-office.
2. Open More (Veel).
3. Choose “Delete account” — it opens blissfulbookings.com/portal/konto/kustuta.
4. Confirm on the page that opens.

For a staff member this deletes the login and the device tokens immediately; the salon’s own business records (shifts, bookings) stay with the salon. If you are the salon’s last administrator, the same page closes the salon: its booking page goes offline and logins are disabled at once, and after the 30-day window all salon data, invoices included, is permanently erased — download or export any invoices you still need before you delete the salon (they were also sent by e-mail when issued). Only the SMS billing log (which salon sent how many messages) is kept for 7 years as required by the Estonian Accounting Act. We confirm by e-mail when the erasure is complete.

A salon can also ask us to delete its account and data by writing to info@blisse.ee from the owner’s registered e-mail address.
